Mr. Daniel’s leadership journey began in banking, where he gained diverse experience and was mentored by inspiring leaders.


Over the years, these experiences have formed the basis of the leader I’ve grown to be. The investments made in me have shaped my personality as a leader.”

These foundations, built on learning and mentorship, continue to guide his leadership style today.


A Strong Professional Background

A mechanical engineering technologist by training from Kwara State Polytechnic, Mr. Daniel is married with three children. He is a member of both the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

He is also a certified microfinance banker and later qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

His career spans roles as Credit Manager, Compliance Manager, Internal Auditor, and most recently, Head of Audit, Internal Control, and Risk Department at Mount Group—before assuming his current leadership position.

At the heart of Mr. Daniel’s vision is building on Mount Olive’s legacy while expanding its reach.

Customer is always key—the major asset in every business. We must further our outreach, understand customer preferences, make them happy, and bring more value to our shareholders.”
