Mount Olive Puts Well-being First: A Quest for an healthy Society

Mount Olive successfully hosted its Staff Engagement and Free Medical Checkup Week from 27th to 28th June 2025. The two-day event focused on both the health and morale of employees and customers. The initiative highlighted Mount Olive’s dedication to not only offering quality food but also supporting the well-being of its stakeholders through free medical checkups and engaging activities.

Day 1: Staff Traditional Day, Medical Checkup, and Engagement (27th June 2025)

The first day of the event was a celebration of culture and health. Staff members participated in Traditional Day, where they proudly wore their beautiful traditional attire, adding a vibrant cultural touch to the event.

Alongside this celebration, staff underwent comprehensive medical checkups. Health practitioners assessed blood pressures and other vital signs, offering advice and recommendations to employees. Staff members with irregular vitals were provided with personalized health plans and were referred to the management for further support.

Additionally, our staffs engaged in a series of fun team-building activities. These included a Blindfolded Seat Event, a Bottle Flip Challenge, and other games designed to foster teamwork and encourage wellness. The day ended on a high note, with staff members appreciating the opportunity to relax, bond, and focus on their health.

Day 2: Customer Medical Checkup and Fun Engagement Day for Staff (28th June 2025)

On the second day, the Free Medical Checkup was extended to customers, both new and existing. Health practitioners were on-site to perform medical assessments, offering blood pressure checks and health advice. Customers were pleased to receive personalized care and guidance on improving their health, with many expressing appreciation for Mount Olive’s commitment to their well-being.

Additionally, our staffs engaged in a series of fun team-building activities. These included a Blindfolded Sip Event, a Bottle Flip and base challenge, and other games designed to foster teamwork and encourage wellness. The day ended on a high note, with staff members appreciating the opportunity to relax, bond, and focus on their health.
